The tiny referee handles all travel, Shawn Dean is in charge of booking the talent onto the shows. Even at that, Tony has no competence for any sort of work and he is the person issuing orders so it would be impossible for the company to run properly even if competent people were in place to do so. Tony would still be fucking it all up and refusing to communicate across the teams.
