The allegations come from the camp of Ari Emmanuel.
It's textbook subversion.
Vince refused to sell his own company, so they infiltrated the company.
Vince refused Nick Khan's continuous offers, so they devised a scandal to remove him.
The scandal wasn't solid enough so Vince came back, but he came back to an office that was writing up deals to sell the company.
The board kayfabed it as Vince's decision to sell, but it was already done. He couldn't say no.
They gave Vince a ceremonial position which was temporary in nature, to give Vince time to sort his assets out and move away on his own. He refused to leave, so they escalated the scandal to force him to leave.
And as long as Vince lays low and stays away, the lawsuit will not progress.
If Vince makes media appearances again and even remotely hints at going back to the WWE or starting a competing company or gets involved in TNA or AEW in any way at all, the lawsuit is in court within the month and he's going down.
That's how Hollywood does business.
