All three of those guys have higher ceilings. And I don't see WWE turning its nose up at any of them.
I think Jay would do the best. He jumped first out of the three, his newly-wed wife had cancer, probably a bit more forgivable than the other two. Ospreay would be difficult because most of his repertoire is highlight reel shit that people get burned out on quickly. His personality is kind of annoying so it's tough to say whether he'd make it even as a character.
Okada is btfo. He worked so long as he was aiming to be a legend in the sport. Going for the bag instead of the next level sort of destroyed that for him. Tough not to lose all respect for the guy when he jumped ship rather than pay back the company that made him a star by putting younger talent over. I could have respected it if he was ascending to that next level but, no, he wanted more money, more time with his friends, and less grind.
Just hard to see him making it in WWE after he's shown what his priorities are.
