Punk vs Cena was the result of good booking (until literally everything after that match), incredible character work, 2 safe wrestlers in their primes who weren't overdoing it and risking their bodies doing dumb shit but still made impactful moves inside of a red hot arena.
I even like Gunther and there's only really one match in his entire career I think comes somewhat close to Punk vs Cena but it's still a step down from it. It might genuinely be the best one on one wrestling match WWE did for a long while.
