Why is it that it took him less than 6 months to recover from a triceps tear in WWE but it took him 9 months in AEW?

For AEW? 100% all on the wrestlers.
Tony has emergency medical staff on site, but what's the point of that? Whenever anyone gets injured, they just keep wrestling anyway ("gotta get my shit in").

But yeah, when you go to a private physician, your timetable to return to the ring is totally based on how you "feel", not if you're actually healed. Another major oversight on the Money Mark.

Knowing full well that personal doctors will freely clear you for dangerous concussions or give you extra "healing" time if needed.

And let's face it, private doctors won't test you for narcotics, steroid abuse, etc. Or in Roman's case "adderall". There's nobody to answer to in AEW.

best part was that they led Tony to believe that everyone would work House Shows after AEW got up and running
then when it came time for that even dependable guys like Mox and Jericho told him to fuck off, so instead of seeing The Elite in Battle Creek, MI you had a main event of Action Andretti vs Danhausen
it's no wonder why fans turned their back on AEW
