Exclusivity windows don't exist in TV or in sports content for simple reasons. In terms of TV, there are no exclusivity deals because most TV content will be created and funded by the network looking for it. So they own the IP and show outright. If it is not renewed by that network another network can negotiate trying to purchase th IP from the parent network, or if the show runners themselves are given control of the IP after non-renewal they can negotiate directly with another network. For sports content, renewals are discussed AT MINIMUM 2 years before the contract ends. That is because TV rights money plays a crucial part in the collective bargaining agreement of every major fed.
