Introducing The Tucker

No.15315620 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Everyone knows about being a Janetty. But I'm here to introduce you to a new wrestling term, the Tucker

Being a Tucker is arguably worse than being a Janetty. Being a Tucker is being stuck in sort of a temporary purgatory. You're in a situation where you know that once your current team, story, or feud ends, you're done. Your entire contract, every second of TV time you get, is being held up by the angle you're currently in. Once that's done, so are you. You have no future beyond that and creative will never have anything for you. At least a Janetty can go on to have a mediocre career, but you? Once this is up, you're cut.

The most obvious example of a current Tucker is Angelo Dawkins. Giovanni Vinci is another one. JD McDonagh. Tozawa wouldn't qualify because he's at least gonna be a comfy jobber once the AA story ends. Dakota Kai is a likely Tucker. The Samoan that used to be Camacho maybe. I think Anthony Bowens is a Tucker if that team does ever end.

Any other Tuckers you can think of?
