I get you. Probably better to wait until tomorrow anyway if the party is still today. Can shoot them a text wishing them happy birthday and letting them know. Kek sorry anon it's not coming. One of my closest friends struggles with anxiety and I see the way it can get in the way of stuff for her and how much she's had to really struggle to get past it at times. Wouldn't wish it on anyone. I can only empathize
