The main problem is the ballyhoo where Tony insists that his shows and the way he books and creates them is the new benchmark for high quality professional wrestling.
It doesn't even approach professional wrestling. It's indie wrestling where they mock the business, with money, on TV.
There's a place for that. We can have indie wrestling on TV.
What makes it a problem is that Tony Khan promotes it as pro wrestling, which it simply isn't.
