Vince leaving is the only reason this man won’t be a multi-time WWE Champion. Vince wanted another Gold Medalist Champ that was his own. Kurt did his own thing and Vince hates that shit.

The only question is if Vince would've done it at WM 39 or not. Obviously the regime that took over has been better at letting things play out over a longer period of time.

We’ll never truly know but I fully believe that Cody was never going to become champion as long as a McMahon was breathing and had power and Cody was a Rhodes.

I don’t know the issue between the Rhodes family and the McMahons but It’s why I was 100% sure Cody was losing at mania 39.
