Could this happen in WWE or AEW? Who would intervene and how fast if someone decided to shoot on a weaker wrestler and fuck them up in the ring?

Act shot first and was quite notorious for bullying young trainees. She got what was coming to her. Prominent wrestlers like Nanae and Mayu were and are firmly on Yoshiko's side.
It can't happen in WWE because simple receipts usually do the trick. AEW isn't as professional of an environment, but I still sincerely doubt a shoot would break out like that.
