matt is the more stable of the two, but he's older and his body is actually broken. he walks like he's been in a car accident, i can't imagine how much pain he's in day to day, or what he could contribute in the ring.
jeff's in surprisingly decent shape for how much he put his body through. he's still got something to offer physically, and he was always the more over of the two with fans anyway. but the question on everybody's mind is if he actually kicked the junk and can stay off it to sail off into the sunset as he should.
