The best part is that Foley was terrible at moves. He could barely do anything more than a hip toss, he was neither strong or agile. His matches were 99% about psychology and storytelling

Foley's noticeably very agile for his size and he was a legitimate athlete. He's much better at actual wrestling than say CM Punk.

Foley's WCW run is essential viewing if you think he couldn't actually wrestle, his style just grew more psychological as he got more physically limited and had to cover for it. His appearance makes you think he's a shitter but in good health he really was one of the great all rounders, could work anywhere in the world and get over.
