>>15472101>the only way this story could be true is if vince was starting a new promotion and sent shane to aew to have easy access to the talent he wants to hire, which is also a stupid idea considering how much money tony throws at people.I think this is the case, and yes it is stupid to continue these contracts that Tony made but Vince can already cut 85% of the roster and then renegotiate the remaining deals once they expire, or straight out release people if they refuse to re-sign for less money (Jericho's 10 year deal for example).
This is all hypothetical but Vince is crazy and rich enough to do it.
