As a booker definitely not the best to ever do it. He was good at tweaking the ideas of other people, but when he was in charge of creative with no input from anyone else the tv was shit.
Vince's talents were more on the promotion and business side of things.

Wouldn't have had nearly as much success without Patterson's booking during the Hogsn era. Same with Russo/Ferrara later on. He still deserves credit for being able to delegate booking to the right people.
