It's bit of both, he's an incredibly charismatic performer and pretty based but at the same time some tard wrangling is definitively required. That's to say, if you book the match for him and don't let him do the indie show bullshit AEW had free reigns on he'll be really good.

He looks based as fuck. He can't really do promos and doesn't really have much of a character though. He can do some cool shit but he has a really loose idea on wrestling psychology as you'd expect out of lucha guys. You can do a lot worse at least depending on how he fares in WWE but I won't particularly miss him
