This. At almost anything that happens in an arena you will see rows of empty seats even if the entire surrounding section is completely packed. The show was probably over-speculated by AEW marks who are also scalpers and assumed they would make a killing.

Also as a pro-tip if there are a ton of unsold scalper tickets you can wait in the parking lot until about 10 minuets after the doors open on a show and then buy tickets for mega-cheap.
