Hallowicked had decent height for an indie guy and was a generally solid all round talent, but didn't really have much gimmick/promo beyond "Halloween luchadore". He was always called the wrestler's wrestler of Chikara and their best kept secret but he never branched out because he never developed any real character or memorable micwork, Quack's trick of saddling all his students with niche mask gimmicks and booking around overarching comic book angles rather than individual character stories held a LOT of talents back from breaking out. He's the kind of guy who, 10 years ago, picking him up and reinventing him like Sami Zayn could've been worth a shot. Time's passed now.
Mantis would be worth a try on commentary though. Couldn't be worse than Excalibur.
