Jake The Snake can claim all he wants that the reason he never got the World Championship Belt in the WWF was supposedly because he didn't need to have it, but in reality, he didn't get it because he was way too unreliable to put the Belt on him.
Can you imagine Jake Roberts on PR appearances like TV interviews or visiting children's hospitals completely wasted and drugged out of his mind? Vince was right not to take a chance on him as World Champ at any point in his WWF runs.
