That's a tough one, Taker understood match framing and psychology better and had those bursts of impressive athleticism but Rock had a "snap" to every one of his movements that nobody could replicate.

The "snap" made a bunch of his moves look like phony garbage with no weight behind them, though. Entertaining to watch, sure, but he's got like the worst ddt, sharpshooter and spinebuster in history
