I mean CM Punk is still active. I know Phil has a small but very vocal group of haters on this board that were hurt by leaving AEW and burying it's owner and EVPs. They really want to pretend he can't still go but they are wrong. However even if we want to pretend along with them that Phil can't still put on a classic then there are still several who can that are better than Max.
