>>15613354Randy was always a phenomenal wrestler but he had an old school approach to pro wrestling that grated a lot of people who watched it on a weekly basis and as such didn't get the appreciation he got versus others like Bryan Danielson who innovated. His most glaring problem was always his promo work, to which Jericho had him beat, especially during that time, even though Jericho is an overrated promo guy.
Jericho had greater highs in my opinion than Orton, his work with Shawn Michaels for example, but Orton had a more successful career, being the Triple H of the Cena era (heel for the top guys)
