It reminds me of reading some Anon on /tv/ talking about how he was a sneed poster, he joined the discord where they orchestrated the threads and targeting other threads with it. He was into it and then one day he realized how dumb it was. The same type of shit happens here.
Say what you want about /wooo/ but at least you could have a conversation there. The mods had their problems but kept console posting down and let actual discussions happen as long as you weren't causing problems.
