You may be shy at first when talking to co-workers, but the more guests you interact with (because it's your job) the easier it'll be to talk to women like her. Once you get accustomed with your co-workers, go out and have a few drinks with them. It becomes a lot easier the more you get used to it. I've seen men go from virgins to whores in less than a year working in that industry in the past. Just a food for thought.
