And for the record, it's always wrong to do this. Let your talent go if they are truly unhappy and you don't plan to use them fairly. It is awful for morale to force them to stay. You're only making your company look bad and discouraging free agents from signing contracts with you.
If Tony actually is the virtuous, pro wrestling defender he claims to be, then why not let Felix leave for a company that has plans for him and/or wants to pay him more?
