I hope it's the latter. NXT has too many people in it right now. People aren't getting enough time and it limits how quickly they can grow. If they had a second Performance Center, they can get more practice in front of different audiences, everyone will get more time and maybe we could get another NXT out of it. It would also help prevent situations like The Ascension, Adam Rose, Emma and so forth where acts got over with the locals due to being around them so much but didn't really get over outside of those people.
I really don't see the advantage in leaving Florida. They have everything there and they are in good with local government. They've also been there for like 15 years at this point. Finding new places to run in Vegas, finding new fans, making everyone move and other things just so they could be further tied in with UFC closer doesn't make much sense.
