This is a terrible idea for a true alcoholic as the withdrawal can be deadly. In his son's case it was. Kevin himself was fine as he has prescription benzos, which is what they give you at rehab to stop the worst withdrawal symptoms from presenting themselves as you detox over a week or so. There is no way Kevin shouldn't have known how dangerous this could be from being in the business and particularly considering his alcoholic best friend Scott Hall. It was a stupid idea and cost his son his life, should have made him go to rehab.
