The problem being that being post-wall doesn't make for a very sympathetic public story.
It was the fact that she and her lawyers obviously went all out to dishonestly paint as sympathetic a picture as possible that made me distrust her story from the get-go. You don't need to do that if you have facts on your side.

I found that out pretty quick and never trusted a word she had to say after
