>>15672022>the ole 'trump is a felon' memeFOR ANYONE WONDERING:
the judge presiding over those 34 "felony counts" released a statement MONTHS ago after the SCOTUS determined that evidence that was CRITICAL to convicting president trump was obtained ILLEGALLY.
*that means president trump's 4TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED*
the statement said (and you can look this up), and i'm paraphrasing here, that "sentencing, IF SUCH IS STILL NECESSARY, has been moved to september". now why would a judge (who clearly doesnt like trump) feel compelled to imply that *sentencing might not be necessary*?
he knows that every single one of those 34 "felony counts" is gonna have to be DISCARDED because a legal precedent known as 'fruit of the poisonous tree' kicked in as soon as it was determined that the defendant's 4th amendment rights that protect them against ILLEGAL SEARCHES AND SEIZURES were violated.
in short: all 34 "felony counts" are going to be DISMISSED in september because the SCOTUS determined that president trump's 4th amendment rights were violated. knowledge is power.
