Swerve and Okada getting paid in the same range doesn't make sense to me.
Swerve has had some of the best matches in AEW history. What he did as AEW Champion in and out of the ring was huge. His output and value to AEW is amongst the highest.
Meanwhile, Okada has been a meme.
