With the exception of the Von Erichs they are all easy to watch because they are on MLW, GCW, and NWA the three highest profile indie shows. And MLW and NWA are free on YouTube. MLW is where WWE gets a lot of their stars. Jacob Fatu is a recent example.
As for The Von Erichs they only wrestle in Texas and it's harder to find their matches but they have made an appearance on AEW.
