Hammerstone and Bailey were hired by WWE years ago, but their contracts were cancelled before they made it to NXT. Hammerstone even had a place in Florida and was a month out from moving, but WWE cut him because they hired too many college athletes and Instagram models instead. Similar thing happened to Mike Bailey. Was signed to NXT, but they found out about his passport issues from 2016 and rescinded the offer.
