Facts are facts and despite these 4 being "draws", they were hardly over in WWE as a group. When Eddy broke his elbow, they were getting no reactions as a 3 man stable.

They probably needed a true draw that was a clear leader of the manlets. Think of how Four Horsemen as a group is over and seen as this legendary faction but Flair is ultimately the reason for this. Same thing with the bloodline. Roman is clearly the leader and is what made the group popular.
