I like rare title defenses it increases the value and aura of the title fights by leagues bro.

Contrast to AEW where you'll see 20+ title defenses in a month.

The more rarely you see the belt defended the bigger the match and stakes feel when they are.

Can't disagree with any of this. Rhea had a full year long run as women's champion and it's not even talked about or held in any kind of regard. Which is fucking wild because imagine that happening 10 or even just 5 years prior. I remember Nikki Bella's 300 day reign with the divas belt seeming like some never ending thing. Not even in a bad way. Just that it actually felt significant. When you have three year-long+ reigns happening at the same time then none of them seem even remotely special

AEWs tag division was based until FTR took over last year and turned all the teams in to jobbers. They beat literally everyone to the point where they had to give the titles to Starks and Big fucking Bill, all because they were marks and wouldn't drop the titles to the Bucks or Better than You Baybay.
