Because everyone (wrestlers) went out of their way to talk about Randy Orton being safe that some weak minded marks thought that mattered and seemed to forget that his matches are boring. It'd be like crediting Paul W.S. Anderson for his movies always coming in under budget and pretending that makes him great when all of his movies are trash.
