The rest like Kairi, Iyo and Giulia are succeeding now because they are talented not because they are some lone foreigner who's different than the rest.

Subjective and going back to your original point, Asuka had everything to be that "thing japan" literal DEI hire, way closer than Kairi or Giulia or Iyo. She had the stereotypical Jap mist, the Jap mask, the "woah this Jap is so wacky" thing and even spoke less English than the other three. There isn't anything outwardly Japanese about the other Joshi. I like Asuka too but I feel her fans including you are very delusional about her to knock down the others.

Asuka was the first Joshi in a while to be hired and she was more stereotypically Jap than the others. That's closer to being DEI to the others even if none of them were DEI hires to begin with.

not entirely. I like japanese wrestlers, but unless you're a generational talent 99% of japs will fail to adapt to the WWE formula. asuka is not DEI because she got to WWE based on her wrestling ability, the others have no business being there.
