This match was awful, just awful. All of the strikes in this were the baby softest shit I've seen. It doesn't help that the crowd did nothing for them. It was like they were wrestling in molasses, it was slow and clunky. The finishing sequence was horrific. Shida went for the Katana, hit that soft, hit another one which was a little harder, and then a third one which Mercedes kinda blocked but still fell and then kicked out of 1.9. What a horrible spot. And then they have Hikaru Shida fight her inner demons to not swing a Singapore Cane on Mercedes which was so stupid. And then Mercedes wins with her terrible finish.
