So no Phil is definitely not a coward, but if Jungle Boy actually wanted to fight there he would have killed him. Let's not kid around. He's a million times more athletic and way younger. Let's not forget that Jungle Boy was probably apprehensive towards fighting Phil at that time because Phil was Tony's golden boy and touching him would have definitely been a firing offense. Even after Jungle Boy did absolutely nothing except defend himself in that fight, he still got suspended for like a year for emotionally harming Tony's favorite toy and forcing him to fire him.
