Why not? Phase wrestlers in and out to give them time off. This is something I wish WWE always did. You can't have an off season right? Fine. So give individual ones to different wrestlers once they wrap up a big program. Sort of like how Roman fucked off for a few months after Mania. Opens up room for other guys to move up the card in the meantime and make something out of them. Then you get nice return moments for the ones coming back and more people to have them work with. Would stop people from feeling overexposed too

Swerve is decent in the ring but he's floundered as tweener champion (Nana is more over them he is) and his only good feud was with Hangman and that's because Hangman is really fucking good at carrying people.
