Dutch is clueless, he doesn't keep up, his Britbong host has to remind him who people are, constantly tell him whats going on, sometimes remind him mid discussion. Dutch just doesn't care about modern wrestling.
I think his host knows that, thats why he's moving to Stevie, who is less clueless.
