Members of the WWE Universe like myself acknowledge that in the past, WWE was a more violent product with superstars that had gimmicks that are unsuitable for 2024. You have to remember - it is 2024 and not 1994 anymore. We are more evolved, we don't want to see guts being spilled or people hit with chairs, especially with the young, hip and mainstream audience that WWE has.
Fighting over bracelets and respect is just as valid and as we saw with the Bloodline storyline, WWE can do what AEW can not - produce Emmy worthy storylines and drama.
