MJF, outside of the character, seems like he would be the most amenable to hopping over, if the pay is right. and i think he'd fit in decently, the best of the 3. he'd have to do something about the tattoo though.
ospreay is a tricky one. he already has heat with HHH after he thought HHH was talking shit (he was). i don't know if they'd try to restrict his flippiness in WWE to try to stop him from sawdusting himself or let him embrace it. he was already on the fence about it, but AEW's schedule let him stay in the UK more to raise his wife's son. maybe if they break up. but, even if they do, i think it's fair to say that ospreay is tony's favorite toy of them all, and he would probably pay him an insane amount to get him to stay.
