Asuka is a lot closer to being the same height as say Becky and all her moves are strikes and submissions so other than not being allowed to stiff she more or less can do the same shit as always.
IYO can't do half her moves because too stiff, protcted moves like the 619 or girls like bianca or chuck are too big, but she can still do most of her visually impressive moves like the drop kick and is more athletic in general
Kairi gets fucked because most of her moves are based around stiff striking and throwing girls her size and they basically exclusively have her job to girls half a foot bigger
