At all
If anything the second someone who made a name for themselves in any of those other places (except TNA) steps foot in WWE they feel like a completely soulless version of themselves. Giulia is a perfect example and anyone who saw her in Stardom knows it's true

The contrary, she's THE example of this being the case. Stardom/Marigold Giulia felt like another throwaway talent, in WWE she feels like a MASSIVE player right away. She came out looking like a future world champion right away and has been the most exciting thing in WWE since her debut.
