Most people watch the WWE main roster. The main roster doesn't have any rookies, at least not in the traditional sense. Everyone is a seasoned veteran to some degree who has been doing this for a while and has graduated from development.
The upshot of this is that when you see companies where everyone isn't seasoned, it's going to look raw and lousy. Mistakes are more glaring and it becomes easy to nitpick them. They become jarring. But mistakes have been common throughout every company in history but I don't think there's ever been a company with this amount of talent at all levels of the card.
Really, it's impressive. I wish the product was more my style but the level of talent is certainly underappreciated. It's why they're in such high demand when they leave WWE -- sure, name value plays a part, but a certain level of skill is usually there as well.
