Most small promotions only book small venues with like 500 seats max for that reason.

Rossy is a conman and thinks booking big venues means prestige which means growth, even if they only sell 10% of the seats. He was like this in early stardom and that's why they were in debt and had to be bought out

WWE "partnership" hurt more than it helped. Half the roster doesn't want to be there and is wrestling in hopes they'll end up in WWE. Fans keep hyping up stuff like so and so is coming, WWE people will be in the Dream Star, NXT wrestlers will do a month in Marigold, etc. and it's not happening.
