The proper way to finish it is tweener vs tweener at mania with no Bloodline interference bullshit, just a contest of wills between the two biggest stars in wrestling. Not really important who goes over, just make both guys look great and bury the hatchet in a grudge match to end all grudge matches.
However, everything involved in this storyline is overbooked to fuck so it will probably definitely involve Rock/Solo/Fatu/Cena/Usos/Sami/whoever in another clusterfuck.

I actually want Cody to be heel. The storyline draw in wrestling is in the chase for the title. A babyface holding the title too long gets boring pretty quick.

Yeah it'll either be at Rumble with Rock shenanigans or they will save it for later. Rock/Roman/Cody at WM, Cody/Roman III at Summerslam. Why stop at a trilogy though? These guys could easily make it work until at least Cody/Roman V.

I feel like by the time next year’s Mania comes around Roman might have the belt again to set up the last hurrah of Rock vs Roman where Rock puts Roman over and rides off into the sunset. Cody would get the main event of night 1. Against Punk could be dimes.
