>>15897801>Imagine how good AEW could be if he would hire writers and producers and quit doing it all himselfIf Tony hired them and managed them it would still be shit, seeing as how he has already done that and it's bad.
If he was a competent person who aspired to do the jobs he is doing then he's train at it and use his unfair, financial advantage to learn under experienced people. He'd hire a booker and get experts in to devise a plan, in line what what his general vision is, to build the company around. As it stands he has producers and doesn't listen to them, instead sitting at the monitors himself and calling for constant establishing shots in the middle of every match and lording over every detail while refusing to provide and motivation or reason for anyone on the show to be doing anything that they do.
It's like having an eccentric millionaire decide to make a narrative film because he identifies as liking films. So he makes a cobbled together mess of all the iconic scenes from every classic film he has seen, personally, with no logical reason for any of it happening and the entire script is just badly rewording the plagiarised scenes. None of the sets, lighting, sound or cinematography are taken into consideration because liking films does not mean understanding how to make one. But aew is worse because it's more than 3x a typical film run time every week with even more problems.
