His redeemer gimmick as champ was the only pocket where he was booked well in AEW. The weird program with Sting and Darby didn't go anywhere and obviously the even weirder cuck angle with CJ didn't either.

which was miros idea, as for the Darby sting thing that was one match against house of black which was meant to lead into a feud against Malakai but after the trios match he didn't wanna do it any more which is retarded cause it was the most obvious feud for him to have in the whole company
