One of the weeks when the Rock was on an advertised there was only a 3% increase in viewers. He's not the draw people make him out to be and if anything has been the nail in the coffin on the discussion of individual wrestlers being a draw. It's all viewing habits now. No one person is turning fans away or pulling them in en masse anymore

2023 overall was way better so far honesty. I will say though that raw lately has had some great moments, but as a whole a lot of the show feels like filler and I don't think a lot of the random ppv's have as many matches that really have that big match feel. like last year for example you had the cody vs brock feud or the brock and bobo stuff.
